The Challenge
Musashi Shears underwent a transition under new ownership, inheriting an outdated and unreliable WordPress website that no longer supported the needs of the business. Product listings were inconsistent, pricing and shear-length variants were unclear, key commerce functionality was broken, and the overall experience made it difficult for customers to confidently purchase. As a result, the business had not seen an online order in a significant amount of time, despite having strong products and brand recognition within the industry.
Objective
Re-establish Musashi Shears’ e-commerce presence by migrating to a more reliable platform, modernizing the website design, simplifying complex product variants, and creating a scalable system that supports both direct-to-consumer and wholesale sales.
